I have been with post office for just over 2 years, i moved home about 6 months ago and that was a nightmare in its self and took 4 months to complete i then got a bill for the months i was without a phone/broadband £200 worth! I was told it was for line rental on months with out a phone, i queried this and they had no record of when i requested the move so would have to pay it. When it was completed by DD had been cancelled and i no longer have a PO email it has vanished. I have since requested the mac code to change provider with no joy it can't be provided by email according to them and trying to phone for it is even worse! They provided a good service at the start but request to move or anything else and they just fall appart, not recommended.

Took me seconds to get through to a customer advisor(Katie), took me a few more seconds to get the code! - Didn't expect it to be so quick and easy..

I have been trying to move from PO to BT FOR A MONTH NOW. I have had four or five Mac codes from PO but BT say none work. My line has been moved to BT so now I am half and half. BT says they can do no more for compliance reasons. Po. mac code does not work.

This has to be the worse internet provider I have ever been with. They problem is that the DSL connection from them keeps dropping all the time mainly mostly in the evenings. I have rang them about 30 time and each time they say there is no problem with them. I have even paid for an computer technictain to check over everything at my end and its all ok. Im planning to leave them as they are hopeless. My advive DONT go with Post office if you want a decent broadband service!
