I had a similar experience as the previous person - very prolonged process gaining a MAC code from Be to switch to o2. It took their call centre 10mins to take my call and then i spoke to a representative who was very difficult in providing me the code. He then put me on hold for a further 5 minutes for then to be told that i had to call another phone number. Don't Be release that cutsomers may consider coming back to them in future if they have a good exoerience with them...

Been with be quite a while now and during my time with them i have been reasonably happy with their service, but i will never go with them again . Today i tried to get a mac code.I got the requested code by raising a ticket as they dont supply one over the phone"very annoying" as most others do.The mac code that i received was no good to o2 who i wanted to change to which i found out after calling them to request to join them.I have spent most of today trying to order broadband from o2 only to find out be have not cancelled my account thus rendering o2`s efforts useless to start my order process with them.At the end of today i am no farther forward with my new order with o2 although this is not their fault . Clearly be have an issue with migration codes and cancelling accounts. So to summarise be supply good speeds ,but if you ever want to move be prepared for a fight
